After further review of the latest Government COVID guidelines and discussions with local referrers, group leaders and trustees we have agreed that we can keep our outdoor activities going to support the local community through this crisis. All indoor activities, including cooking club, parenting and yoga classes are postponed until mid-February at the earliest and only the outdoor space will be utilised.

In order for us to maintain a safe outdoor environment sessions will follow the guidelines below:

  • Places are limited and must be booked and confirmed in advance by email and the relevant contact details provided.

  • 2m social distancing must be followed at all times and volunteers must bring their own gardening gloves and drinks. Hot drinks will NOT be provided.

  • There will be no access to indoor spaces at the acre. This includes the kitchen, talking shed and access to the garden cabin will be limited to group leaders only.

During January our gardening focus will be on the pond. A meeting will take place at 10am on Friday 8th to agree what needs to be done to turn our pond into the beautiful feature we know it can be.

We are also offering pro bono family therapy sessions which take place outdoors on a walk. Email us to find out more.
